School of Rock Fairfield

School of Rock Fairfield is a performance-based music school on Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut, teaching guitar, bass, drums, keyboard and vocals across genres. Students combine weekly one-on-one private lessons with weekly group band rehearsals, learning to read music and play by ear while jamming with peers. Programs include the flagship Performance Program for ages 8-18, Songwriting for age 12 and over, and an Adult Program for ages 18 and up. Students regularly perform at local music venues and community-based events. The House Band program places selected students under 18 in a gigging band that performs additional shows at Connecticut venues through the year, and Performance Program students may audition for the national AllStars summer tour. The teaching staff are working professional musicians, many with conservatory training.
