Darlington Arts Center Cultural Summer Arts Camp

Darlington Arts Center is a nonprofit community arts education center in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, southwest of Philadelphia, operating under the mission 'Every Art for Everyone.' Its Summer Arts Camp serves students ages 3-14 across nine weekly sessions running mid-June through mid-August. Full Day Camps for ages 3-12 rotate campers through music, art, dance and drama every day around a weekly theme, while Arts Intensives for ages 7-14 concentrate on one or two art forms such as visual art, guitar or television production. Camp runs Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with optional before- and after-care, and each week concludes with a Friday afternoon showcase for families. The center also offers trimester and academic-year classes, private music lessons, workshops, outreach programming and scholarships.

Weekly Monday-Friday sessions, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., with extended day available (before-care 8-9 a.m., after-care 3-5 p.m.). Full Day Camps serve ages 3-12 and cover all four arts daily; Arts Intensives serve ages 7-14 and focus on one or two art forms. Each week ends with a 2:30 p.m. showcase on the last day.
