Camp Broadway: Mainstage

Camp Broadway MAINSTAGE is a five-day musical theater day camp in New York City for theater-loving kids ages 10 to 17, running Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The program emphasizes ensemble work, the group of triple-threat performers behind every Broadway musical. Campers are split into small groups by age and led through a rigorous rehearsal process by working Broadway professionals in staging, choreography and music direction, learning songs and scenes from a well-known Broadway show. The week includes attending a Broadway performance and culminates in a Family Finale Showcase presented on a New York stage. Camp Broadway describes MAINSTAGE as its signature program and Broadway's original theater camp, with a stated mantra of 'Develop Your Character.' Related Camp Broadway programs include Shining Stars for ages 7-9 and the audition-based Ensemble.
