Review: 54 SINGS HARRY STYLES Turns 54 Below into a Harry's House
A stacked cast brings fresh interpretations to Harry Styles’ catalog in an intimate cabaret setting

On April 27, 54 Sings Harry Styles brought the music of Harry Styles to 54 Below for a one-night-only celebration packed with Broadway talent and clear love for the material. Produced by Linnae Medeiros, the concert turned the venue into something that felt different, more like house, Harry's House. Moving through ballads, rock-leaning tracks, and polished pop moments, the show leaned into the range of Styles’ catalog while still feeling cohesive from start to finish.
The cast featured Daniel Assetta, Caro Daye Attayek, Caden Brauch, Lauren Celentano, Nicci Claspell, Austin Colby, Joah Ditto, Josh Jordan, Hannah Kevitt, Jamie Martin Mann, Alejandro Mullerdahlberg, Gabriella Pizzolo, Mikayla Renfrow, Zalah Vallien, Wes Williams, and Khaila Wilcoxon. It was a lineup that balanced different vocal styles and performance instincts, which helped the show avoid feeling repetitive. Each performer approached their song with a distinct point of view, giving the night a steady sense of variety while still keeping the focus on the music itself.

Joah Ditto stood out early in the night with “Woman,” bringing a grounded confidence that really worked for the song. The performance leaned into the groove without forcing it, letting the rhythm do a lot of the work. Vocally, there was a smoothness in the lower range that made the verses feel relaxed, while the chorus opened up just enough to give the song its bite. What made it land was the sense of control. Ditto didn’t overcomplicate the moment, and that restraint made the performance feel sharper and more intentional.
Caden Brauch took on “Only Angel” with a completely different approach, pushing into the song’s chaotic, glam rock energy. The vocals had a edge that fit the style, especially as the performance built toward the chorus. There was a clear sense of structure underneath it all, which kept the number from feeling too loose. Brauch’s Stage Presence carried a lot of the impact here, building momentum throughout and
giving the final moments the kind of release the song needs. It felt like a page taken directly out of the Harry Styles rulebook.
Khaila Wilcoxon delivered one of the most affecting performances of the night with “Falling.” She let the song sit in its quieter moments but also built to the explosive moments. It made the emotional arc feel more natural. The phrasing felt thoughtful and unhurried, allowing the lyrics to come through clearly. As the performance built, the vocals expanded without losing that intimacy. Her vocal power and emotional story tell moved the entire audience.
Josh Jordan brought things back to a brighter energy with “Adore You.” The performance had an easy warmth that fit the song well, especially in the chorus where the melody naturally lifts. Vocally, it felt comfortable without losing precision, and that balance made it enjoyable to watch. There was also a sense of playfulness that came through without turning into something overdone. It felt natural, which is exactly what the song calls for.

Overall, 54 Sings Harry Styles worked because it trusted the material and the performers equally. The variety in Styles’ music gave the cast room to explore different tones, and the intimacy of 54 Below made those choices feel immediate. It never tried to imitate the original versions too closely, which ended up being one of its biggest strengths. Instead, it felt like a group of performers finding their own way into the songs, and that made the entire night feel more personal and more memorable.
