Photo Flash: Jim Caruso's Cast Party Features Julie Garnye, Mira Awad and More

This week's 'episode' of Jim Caruso's Cast Party started off with a bang, as the National Yiddish Theater Company's cast of The Golden Land stormed the stage with two wonderful songs. Not to be outdone, Mira Awad came all the way from Israel to serenade the sold-out house with a song from her native land.
Kelly Levesque, who travels the globe singing with Michael Bolton, belted a soulful "Funny Valentine," and her dad Mike sang a Billy Joel tune. Cast Party veteran Julie Garnye musically begged the crowd not to rain on her Thanksgiving parade, cabaret sweetheart Maude Maggart gave a haunting performance, Ron Soltis sang the blues, Catherine Caro showed off her showbiz savvy, Damon Quatterocchi crooned at the piano, Jenna Esposito was her perky, upbeat self, Craig Richards made it clear why he's Kenny G's favorite reed player, Scott Coulter showed off his tenor voice, William Blake sang some soul, and funny Kate Wilson sang and became everyone's favorite "Aunt Kate!" The Cast Party Symphony Orchestra was made up of David Budway at the piano, Steve Doyle on bass and Aaron Kimmel on drums. As always, the 'extreme' open mic had some razzle-dazzle in the audience, this time with Michael Feinstein, whose new book, "The Gershwins and Me" is on the Best Seller List!
