Paulo Szot Tributes Frank Sinatra at 54 Below This Week
Audiences can prepare to swoon as the Tony-winning star of South Pacific headlines 54 Below with a brand new show for a limited 5-night engagement. In his show, the Brazilian opera star celebrates the centennial of Frank Sinatra with a program of songs from his 1967 and 1969 sessions with Brazilian singer/songwriter Tom Jobim, from Girl From Ipanema, Wave to Desafinado.
Paulo Szot lends his extraordinary voice to Tom Jobim songs chosen by Sinatra during their magical encounter 45 years ago. Celebrating Sinatra & Jobim. It'll be some enchanted evening, for sure!

Paulo Szot's star-making turn in the smash revival of South Pacific was one of the most-talked-about performances of that, or any other, year.
