LezCab to Present HAPPILY EVER AFTER at The Duplex, 10/27

LezCab (www.lezcab.com) is a cabaret series featuring performances of musical theatre songs performed by, and written by and/or about queer women. This month's event, Happily Ever After, it will be held Sunday, October 27th at 7pm at The Duplex located at 61 Christopher Street in the West Village. Join the fun and celebrate a night of songs from recognizable, fairytale- oriented, princess-loving, happily-ever-after, divorce-free cartoons from our childhood!

This month's event will feature out performers including Melissa Becker, Marie Eife, Kristian Espiritu (Lesbian Love Octagon), Emily Grosland (Emotional Creatures), Jami Leigh Howard, Lindsay Naas (Lesbian Love Octagon), Julia Osen Averill (The Birds and the Bees: Unabridged), Corynne Peters, Caitlin Lee Reid (Lesbian Love Octagon), queer folk duo, Anna/Kate and will be hosted by Arielle Harding (O/A: The Sophocles Project). The event will also include a special presentation from the currently running Off-Broadway musical Fun Home. LezCab is produced by Rachel Kunstadt and Teresa Lotz, directed by Rachel Kunstadt and music-directed by Julianne B. Merrill.

During the concert, enjoy The Duplex's villainous drink specials including The Maleficent, Cruella D'ville, The Evil Queen, The Ursula, and more! Following the concert is The Duplex's Ladies' Night, with drink specials for all LezCab attendees!
