Jennifer Dinoia And Michael Campayno Reunite at Broadway At The Pierre

Elphaba and Fiyero are back together again! The Pierre New York, A Taj Hotel is delighted to announce that former cast members Jennifer DiNoia and Michael Campayno will reunite for one night only as part of The WICKED Ozdust Series, an intimate set of performances leading up to the acclaimed musical's upcoming 15th anniversary.

Scheduled for Monday August 20th at 8:30pm, the evening is part of Broadway At The Pierre, the hotel's popular monthly cabaret series in its Two E Bar & Lounge presented by Taittinger Champagne. Featuring songs and stories from musical theater's brightest stars in a cabaret setting, the program has welcomed talent from beloved shows including The Phantom of The Opera, Kinky Boots, BEAUTIFUL: The Carole King Musical, Carousel, Cinderella, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory and more.

Next week's performance marks Ms. DiNoia's third appearance at The Pierre. She and fellow WICKED alum Hayley Podschun (Glinda, national tour) launched Broadway At The Pierre with two sold-out performances last year. Mr. Campayno can be seen this fall on Broadway as Rob Camilletti in The Cher Show. Musical Direction will be provided by Dan Micciche, who just came home after serving as Musical Director/ Conductor of WICKED's national tour for the last 4 years. The evening will also feature show-inspired menu items, including Ozmopolitan and WICKED-tini cocktails and WICKED chocolate pops. Guests can enjoy a special three-course pre- and post-show dinner menu at The Pierre's signature restaurant Perrine.

The final performance in The WICKED Ozdust Series will take place in November. Season Two of Broadway At The Pierre officially begins in mid-September, with show dates to be announced soon.

Advance reservations are required for Broadway At The Pierre. $75 food & beverage minimum includes set menu of light bites and dessert, welcome glass of Taittinger Champagne and show. ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Michael Campayno

Michael Campayno can be seen this fall on Broadway as Rob Camilletti in The Cher Show, and previously starred on Broadway as Fiyero in Wicked. A Pittsburgh native and graduate of Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, he made his television debut as Rolf in the NBC live telecast of "TheSound of Music" starring Carrie Underwood and can be heard on the cast recording. His other credits include Lancelot in Camelot starring Robert Sean Leonard and Barry Bostwick, productions at Pittsburgh CLO, and in concert with the Phoenix Symphony and Carolina Philharmonic. Jennifer DiNoia

Jennifer DiNoia has played the role of Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway, London, Chicago, both National U.S. Tours, Seoul Korea, & Sydney, Australia. She has the distinction of playing Elphaba more than any other actress is the show's history. Additional credits: First National Tour of Mamma Mia! and Queen's We Will Rock You. Dan Micciche

Dan Micciche has a unique career as a Broadway Music Director and Conductor as well as an actor previously on Broadway. Most recently, he served as Musical Director/ Conductor for the national tour of WICKED The Musical for the last 4 years. As a performer, he made his Broadway debut in Chicago: The Musical as Mary Sunshine and has been seen nationally and internationally in the role. Dan's unique career as a soloist has brought him to Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center and Baltimore's Meyerhoff Center, as part of the world-wide celebration of Leonard Bernstein's 80th birthday performance of MASS. As a Music Director and Conductor, Dan is in demand regionally, credited with more than 15 shows including Into the Woods, Nine, Kiss Me, Kate, 9 to 5, Carousel and Seussical.
