BROADWAY SESSIONS to Celebrate Sheri Sanders' ROCK THE PERFORMANCE, 3/31

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday, March 31st, Broadway Sessions will celebrate the launch of Sheri Sanders' Rock the Performance with a night of music, live coaching, games and more.

- Sheri Sanders has become the worlds most Preeminent Coach in Auditioning for all styles of Rock Musicals. She has taken her Hal Leonard published book, Rock The Audition, and turned it into a masssive on-line training Program, www.rocktheperformance.com. Broadway Sessions is celebrating her reaching the masses with a Blowout Rock Concert/ History Lesson with not only her Broadway students, but some incredible up and coming singers.

-The evening will feature performances by Joey Taranto (Rock of Ages, Spider-Man, Kinky Boots), Courtney Bassett (Natasha, Pierre..,BedBugs!), Hernando Umana (Kinky Boots) and more

-The evening will also feature performances by singers Gaby Hornig, Sean Green and Toni Thompson.

-Audience members are encouraged to bring a pop/rock song cause Sheri will cal up singers to play with throughout the show. Audience members can also expect special one night only discounts on music and services offered through rocktheperformance.com.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue). Showtime at 11. $5 drink specials all night. $10 cover includes a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
