Anthony Hollock and Martin Gould Cummings Guest At MOSTLY SONDHEIM 11/13
MOSTLY SONDHEIM, the long-running open mic night at The Duplex on Friday nights features Broadway guests and theme nights. The night is normally hosted by Kate Pazakis (Jerry Springer the Opera at Carnegie Hall, Newsical, and the new solo recording Kate Pazakis Unzipped)and Todd Buonopane (Broadway's Spelling Bee & Grease, television's 30 Rock). Previous guests have included Julie Rieber and Sarah Stiles. This weeks host will be XL Star Emily McNamara and Eric Michael Krop.
Special guest of the show will be Mr. Broadway 2009 Anthony Hollock of HAIR and Martin Gould Cummings of Broadway Speaks OUT.
MOSTLY SONDHEIM is also currently featured in the film, The Big Gay Musical. (Pazakis and Buonopane also appear in the film).
The open mic night sings every Friday night at 11:30pm. The event is free and open to the public. The Duplex, New York City's world famous cabaret and piano bar, is located in the heart of West Greenwich Village in Manhattan at 61 Christopher Street (at Seventh Avenue).
