'A Concert for Hillary' at Laurie Beechman Feb.18

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is very pleased to announce preliminary plans for "A Concert for Hillary," Broadway and Cabaret in Support of the Clinton Campaign. On Monday, February 18th at 8pm, President's Day, voices from the Broadway and Cabaret stages will join forces to salute Senator Clinton, playing their part to hopefully elect the next President of the United States.
Scheduled to appear thus far: Lisa Asher, Brandon Cutrell, Lina Koutrakos, Steven Lutvak, Liz McCartney (Broadway's Taboo, Mamma Mia), Jana Robbins (Broadway's Little Women, Tale of the Alergist's Wife), Seth Rudetsky (Broadway's The Ritz), Stephen Schwartz (composer of Broadway's Wicked, Godspell, Pippin), Gabrielle Stravelli, Alysha Umphress (Make Me a Song) & Lennie Watts. More artists will be added to the line up shortly. Ray Fellman will serve as Musical Director, and the event is produced and directed by Phil Geoffrey Bond.The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located at 407 West 42nd St., (9th Ave in the heart of New York's Theatre district). Minimum contribution for this event is $25. In order to attend, please make a reservation by calling 212 695 6909. To gain admittance, please bring a check or money order made payable to "Hillary Clinton for President," credit cards will also be accepted. There is $15 food/beverage minimum at this event, a full bar, appetizer and dinner menu is available.
