NY1 to Announce 71st ANNUAL TONY AWARD Nominations Live 5/2

Spectrum News NY1 (NY1) today announced it will air the 71st ANNUAL TONY AWARD nominations announcement live on Tuesday, May 2 starting at 8:30 am ET. Co-hosted by NY1 anchors Pat Kiernan and Roma Torre and On Stage host Frank DiLella, the 30-minute show will include live reactions and interviews with some of the nominees.

Following the announcement of the nominees, NY1's On Stage will continue its in-depth coverage of the 2017 TONY AWARDS all the way to the red carpet festivities at the Tonys. A second special hosted by Frank DiLella, On Stage's Red Carpet to the Tonys will feature live interviews with Broadway's brightest stars, nominees, presenters and performers as they walk the Tony Awards® red carpet on June 11.
