Seacoast Repertory Theatre has announced that it's award winning film series, Let's "B" Reel, will get a "witchy" facelift for the month of October with 3 unique and interactive film screenings, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Portsmouth Halloween Parade. The "Let's 'B' Witched" screenings also mark the one year anniversary of Let's "B" Reel. Each week from October 8th-October 22nd The Rep will offer up a cult movie focusing on the horror subgenre of witches and witchcraft. Each will feature a unique and hilarious pre-show provided by hosts Timothy Fife and Bunny Wonderland (Knate Higgins).

October 8th kicks off the fun with Italian Horror Master Dario Argento's Suspiria. Suspiria is a quintessential blend of horror, an electric score, and pure visual stimulation. Considered THE CITIZEN Kane of Italian horror films, Suspiria follows Suzie (Jessica Harper) as she slowly learns the ballet school she is attending in Germany is host to more than just dancers. As she uncovers the dark secret of her dream school, Suzie must face an evil that is old as time itself. The pre-Show for Suspiria will feature ballet, fake blood, and Bunny Wonderland and Tim like you have never seen them before...

October 15th follows up with the ever bad, and ever beautiful The Craft. The Craft is the 1996 pop cult "trashterpiece" that tells the story of Sarah (Robin Tunney) and how she falls into the wrong crowd of girls when she moves to LA her senior year. Slowly but surely, Sarah finds herself the head of coven of TEENAGE witches. Filled with awful one liners, and some of the best visual (and worst) visual effects of the 90's, The Craft makes even the most horror savvy viewer cringe and chuckle simultaneously. The pre-show for the craft will feature Bunny Wonderland and friend's homage to some of the notorious scenes in the film.

October 22nd ends the series with the crowd favorite Hocus Pocus. Hocus Pocus is the 1993 Disney film the was a box office bomb, but slowly became a cult hit due to it's repeated screenings on television for years. Hocus Pocus tells the story of 3 hapless witches, The Sanderson Sisters (Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Cathy Najimy...respectively.) and their quest to suck the life of out all the children in Salem, MA to become ever youthful. "The film is filled with a million one liners and we know that people will come out in droves to see it..." say's Knate Higgins, special series curator for the The Rep. "We are pulling out all the stops for this screening and it's one that is not to be missed..." The pre-Show for Hocus Pocus will feature a full live and interactive homage to the film's most famous scene. "We don't want to give too much away...where's the fun in that!?"

All screenings are at 7:30PM, tickets are $10 in advance and pay what you can THE DAY of the show. A portion of proceeds goes directly to The Portsmouth Halloween parade. Seating is General Admission. Tickets are available now at www.seacoastrep.org, by calling 603.433.4472, and at The Rep Box Office at 125 Bow Street Portsmouth, NH. 03801. Screenings are all intended for adults only, with the exception of Hocus Pocus.
