STAGE TUBE: Women Semi-Finalists Perform on AMERICAN IDOL
On last night's episode of Fox's AMERICAN IDOL, it was the ladies turn to strut their stuff. Chelsea Sorrell, Erika Van Pelt, Jennifer Hirsh, Brielle Von Hugel, Hallie Day, Skylar Laine, Baylie Brown, Hollie Cavanagh, Haley Johnsen, Shannon Magrane, Jessica Sanchez, and Elise Testone all performed live for America's vote.
According to the judges, some of the girls missed the mark: Baylie was "a little shaky," and Randy describEd Haley Johnsen's performance of "Sweet Dreams" as "a nightmare." But there were some triumphs too, such as when 16-year-old Jessica Sanchez received a standing ovation despite her sore throat. Which five girls are definitely safe?
