John Travolta shall forever be remembered for botching his introduction to singer Idina Menzel as she performed the Oscar-winning hit 'Let If Go' at this year's Academy Awards. Today, USA TODAY reports that the actor may have redeemed himself, well just a little anyway.

Travolta was tasked with introducing famed Italian opera singer Andrea Bocelli at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS party held in France last night. His flawless introduction went like this: "Ladies and gentlemen, it's our pleasure to introduce Andrea Bocelli."

The intro, complete with rolling 'R's, was quite a change from his memorable appearance on Oscar night when he called Menzel "Adele Dazeem." The faux pas lit up the internet, even creating one site that told you what your name would sound like if introduced by Travolta.

According to USA Today, Travolta said that introducing Bocelli was going to be "our highlight of the event" and emphasized the importance of raising money for AIDS through the celebrity auction. "One of these auction items could lead to the cure for AIDS," he said.

The star will attend the Cannes Film Festival screening of his hit film Pulp Fiction set for tonight.
