Debra Winger Signs On to Ashton Kutcher-Led Netflix Comedy THE RANCH

Deadline reports that Debra Winger has signed on to star opposite Ashton Kutcher, Danny Masterson and Sam Elliott in the upcoming Netflix multi-camera comedy series THE RANCH. As previously reported, the series received a 20-episode order from the network and is set to debut in 2016.
Created by Don Reo and Jim Patterson, THE RANCH takes place in Colorado, and features, "Kutcher's character returning home after a brief semi-pro football career to run the family business with his brother, played by Masterson. Elliott play the boys' father, a rancher who has a complicated relationship with Kutcher's character. Winger plays the mom."
The casting marks Winger's debut as a full-time series regular. Her previous TV credits include one season of HBO's In Treatment. The actress is a three-time Oscar nominee.Photo Credit: Walter McBride / WM Photos
