Daytime Emmy Reception to Be Held at The World Famous Hollywood Museum ImageNATAS recently announced that the 45th Daytime Emmys will be digitally televised by KNEKTV on Sunday, April 29th, 2018 from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Southern California.

This is the first time in history that a linear tv network award show will be available exclusively on a Digital TV network, which is an indicator of the change in television production, distribution and the experience for the viewer. The pairing of this technology is a new and innovative approach, making the show available to fans everywhere, from the on the go Social Media user to the traditional television viewer, having a viewing party with friends.

The inaugural use of this technology, for the purpose of broadcasting an award show, will live-stream the 45th Annual Daytime Emmys and red carpet pre show on Sunday April 29th on all of its Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram emmyonline.org) as well as on the KNEKT tv network (www.KNEKT.tv) on Apple TV, Roku, iOS and Android. KNEKT will also be providing an exclusive look at all things surrounding the awards on a dedicated Daytime Emmys Channel. From "LIVE on the Red Carpet" to "interviews with winners," conducted by Emmy Winner, Carolyn Hennesy on Sunday, April 29th.
