CBS Places First In Viewers in Key Demos

CBS placed first in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 for the eighth consecutive Sunday, led by 60 MINUTES, the top program in viewers, and THE AMAZING RACE, the night's #1 broadcast in key demos, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 21.

60 Minutes was first in households (7.4/13), viewers (11.62m), adults 25-54 (2.8/08) and adults 18-49 (1.9/06).

The Amazing Race 22 was first in households (5.4/09), viewers (9.06m), adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07). Compared to last week, The Amazing Race 22 was up +4% in adults 18-49 (from 2.3/06).

The Good Wife was first in households (5.9/09), viewers (8.88m) and adults 25-54 (2.2/05), and averaged 1.5/04 in adults 18-49.

From 10:00-11:00 PM, The Mentalist was first in households (5.9/10) and viewers (8.94m), and tied for first with NBC in both adults 25-54 (2.2/05) and adults 18-49 (1.6/04). Compared to last week, The Mentalist was up +11% in households (from 5.3/11), +5% in adults 25-54 (from 2.1/06), +14% in adults 18-49 (from 1.4/05) and added +1.10m viewers (from 7.84m, +14%).

For the night, CBS was first in households (6.1/10), viewers (9.62m), adults 25-54 (2.6/06) and adults 18-49 (1.8/05) for the eighth consecutive Sunday and the ninth time in 10 weeks.
