With Best of 2012 accolades for his Silver Age album propelling it to #42 in the annual VILLAGE VOICE PAZZ & JOP national critics poll, Bob Mould has teamed up with his Friends at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to unveil the video for second single, "Star Machine," which is live now at

Directed by Jon Glaser, the "Star Machine" video sets the excoriating "Silver Age" lead-off track to a darkly humorous narrative with Stellar thespian turns from Bob and drummer Jon Wurster (Superchunk, The Mountain Goats) and bassist Jason Narducy (Spl:t S:ngle, Verbow). Bob commented on the experience: "Working with Jon was a real pleasure. He knows his rock history, wrote a very funny yet touching video treatment, and was a great troop leader for for this amateur comic."

Of this first run at interpreting another artist's material, Glaser said, "This was my first time directing something that wasn't my own project, and Bob was the reason I wanted to do it. It was a genuine thrill and honor to get to work with and for him."
