Michigan's Adventure Offers Coaster Campout This Week

Muskegon, MI - Michigan's Adventure, Michigan's largest amusement park and waterpark will be offering the public a chance to spend the night under a coaster. Proceeds from the sale of all campsites will go to Boys & Girls Club of Muskegon Lakeshore which has been chosen by Cedar Fair Charities, Inc.

The Coaster Campout will take place today, August 13, 2015. Guests will spend the day in the park and camp under Corkscrew that night. This event is a rare chance to camp in the park.

The Coaster Campout registration fee includes admission to the park for August 13th, an evening meal, exclusive ride time, your campsite, and morning continental breakfast just for campers! Campers must check-in on August 13th. Park admission for August 14th is not included.

Tickets for this event are available online only. Each campsite is $200 and can accommodate a 10" x 10" tent with up to 4 people. Only 20 campsites are available! Campsite sales end on August 10th at 11:59 pm.

The Boys & Girls Club of the Muskegon Lakeshore is a startup not for profit organization that's mission is to inspire and enable all youth, ages 6-18 to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.

Michigan's Adventure is the state's largest amusement and waterpark offering seven roller coasters including Shivering Timbers and Thunderhawk. The amusement park and waterpark are open daily through Labor Day, September 7. The amusement park will offer one additional weekend onSeptember 12 & 13, 2015.
