Alaska Airlines Begins Twice-Daily Service Between Seattle and Salt Lake City
Alaska Airlines today inaugurates new twice-daily service between Seattle and Salt Lake City. The carrier is offering one-way fares between the two cities for as low as $109*. To celebrate the new service, Alaska Airlines is also offering members of Alaska Airlines' Mileage Plan double miles for flights between April 4 and May 31, 2013. To qualify, customers must first register at www.alaskaair.com.

"This new service offers travelers additional routing possibilities and enhances customer service at Salt Lake City International Airport. We look forward to them growing their operation in this market."
The flights will be operated using Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft. All flights will offer Alaska's Northern Bites meal service, which provides passengers in the main cabin with a hot meal for $6 or a cheese and fruit platter for $7. The flights also offer Alaska's inflight entertainment system, a handheld video-on-demand device featuring more than 70 hit movies, along with television programs and other entertainment. The inflight entertainment players are complimentary in first class and available for $10 in the main cabin.
