AerSale Commemorates Two-Year Anniversary of Opening of Dublin Office

CORAL GABLES, Fla., Oct. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ AerSale, Inc., announced today that AerSale Aviation, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, will celebrate its second anniversary.  Based in Dublin, Ireland, AerSale Aviation commenced operations in 2011 to better serve customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  This office now provides aircraft and engine leasing, in addition to airframe and engine materials sales support and asset management services, for mid-life equipment owners. 

Under the leadership of Managing Directors Aidan Harrison and Shane O'Connell, AerSale has rapidly expanded its EMEA customer base by providing flexible lease solutions to airlines and cargo operators, while simultaneously growing the company's MRO supply chain support infrastructure.

Prior to joining AerSale, Harrison was the Senior Leasing Manager for TUI Travel PLC where he focused on new aircraft financing, lease management and the disposal of owned assets. He previously held positions with Aer Lingus, British Airways, GECAS and The Amiri Flight Abu Dhabi. Harrison holds several engineering licenses and an MBA from Henley Management College, London.

Shane O'Connell came to AerSale from Pembroke Capital where he served as Vice President - Commercial.  At Pembroke he gained significant experience in aircraft acquisitions, trading and leasing.  Prior to Pembroke, O'Connell was a Director in Deutsche Bank's aircraft finance team where he had responsibility for the financing of a variety of aircraft assets. He holds a first class honours BSc and post graduate Diploma in Business and IT from University College, Dublin.
