Neil Diamond recently stopped by his former high school, Erasmus Hall High School, in Brooklyn, to perform a set of some of his most beloved hits, both new and old. Check out his performance of 'Solitary Man' below!

Diamond's new album, "Melody Road" marks his first original studio release in six years and his first since signing with Capitol Records. Acclaimed producers Don Was and Jacknife Lee co-produced the album.

Diamond has sold over 125 million records worldwide, making him one of the world's best-selling artists of all time. Amongst his many successful concert tours was a run at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre in 1972.

The artist was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1984 and into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011.
