Magic! It occurred at the famed Houston based SugarHill Recording Studio when the extremely gifted vocalist Kam Franklin joined rising singer, songwriter Clay Melton in the studio to record "Wind & Wave".

Introduced to each other by none other than SugarHill President Dan Workman the resulting duet is as smooth as 35 year old scotch bathing in a glass of crystal clear ice. Kam's soulful, sexy tones embellish the more raspy masculine voice of Clay Melton and together they lay down a track that begs a closer listen. Soft guitar licks and full chords enter the scene and as the song takes flight a brass section builds a wall of sound that envelopes the senses. This is an R&B number reminiscent of years gone by but yet fresh with youthful vibrancy and emotion. Audiences will love it. It doesn't scream, it seduces.
