VIDEO: Alanis Morissette Performs 'Jagged Little Pill' Medley on THE TALK
On CBS's THE TALK, guest Alanis Morissette opened up to the ladies about her career and performing recently with Taylor Swift, saying, "There's something about our experiences that overlap where we can relate to some of the wildness."
On dealing with rocketing to fame, Morissette shares, "It's been 20 years straight of copious amounts of therapy, I'm not joking..." When Sara Gilbert asks if she had the support of other artists at the time, she responds, "I wanted them... I thought naively that Johnny Depp would be hanging out with me and Sharon Stone would be combing my hair, you know, Madonna would be holding me in her lap...the opposite wound up being the case for me, I would reach out to people and they would say "why are you calling me?"
Later, the singing superstar performed a medley of "Perfect" and "Ironic," from her Grammy-award winning album "Jagged Little Pill" today on "The Talk." See how Morissette remixed one of her iconic lines below.
