Pitchfork has premiered Twin Limb's cover of Mazzy Star's "Fade Into You" with My Morning Jacket's Jim James and Bo Koster. Watch the live video here. It was filmed by Dave Boone and Chad Haverly and edited by Boone.

Maryliz Bender of Twin Limb says of the video: "I'll never forget the first time I saw Mazzy Star's "Fade Into You" music video. I was 10 years old, sneaking peeks of MTV at my grandparent's house. It was the first song that hit me right in the heart. I don't know if its a nostalgia thing, or some other kind of magic, but it is the song that will always melt my heart on command. I had to hold back those emotions while playing it with Jim and Bo on the Louisville Iroquois Amphitheater stage. What a beautiful moment."

Twin Limb consists of Lacey Guthrie on accordion, keys, and vocals, Maryliz Bender on drums, percussion, and vocals, and Kevin Ratterman- a veteran musician who has engineered and produced records for artists such as Ray Lamontagne, Andrew Bird, and Jim James from My Morning Jacket- on guitar and sampled sounds.

Twin Limb is selfdescribed as "dream pop"- only in their variation, it's a dream pop that combines the "pop" of Warhol's Chelsea Girls with the jagged dream states of Surrealism. Disquieting, emotively loaded, boldly defined yet wide open to interpretation, Haplo is more like the musical equivalent of the paintings or automatic poetry of the early Surrealists. Its darker elements delivered with a markedly pop ease, Haplo is lustrous and immensely playonrepeatable, though everywhere filled with the pangs and rumbles of an unsettled subconscious. The first single "The Weather" premiered with a kaleidoscopic, mind-bending video via Stereogum.

Twin Limb is currently touring with Jim James, acting not only as his opening act but also his backup band. A full list of tour dates are below and tickets are available here.
