$30-$35

Gracing the stage one last time on her farewell tour is Ireland native Maura O'Connell. With her stark vocals and indelible charm, O'Connell has been performing contemporary interpretations of Irish folk songs that blur genre lines for more than three decades. In 1983, she released her eponymous debut album, which was the beginning of her fascination with combining American roots with her cultural ones. Since then, she has released a multitude of eclectic albums, ranging from the guitar-driven Walls and Windows (2001) to the more introspective Don't I Know (2004). Her most recent a cappella album, Naked with Friends (2009), was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Folk Album.
