Hot off a world tour touching down in Warsaw, Cologne, Prague, New York City, and show-stopping gigs at Dim Mak's 20th Anniversary celebrations during Miami Music Week and SXSW, SBCR (Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo) aka The Bloody Beetroots just released the third installation of his EP trilogy: SBCR & Punks: Vol. 3. Across five booming records on Vol. 3, we hear the dance punkster get mischievous with the likes of TWNTYMLS, TAI, and Signal Noize. YourEDM recently premiered one of the singles, "Guillotine," praising its "animalistic intensity." The additional EP tracks follow suit, welding gritty bass, scattered percussion, grimy synths and rock-heavy guitar plucks into energetic house and electro cuts.
ABOUT SOUNDBOKS
SOUNDBOKS was founded by Jesper Theil Thomsen, Christoffer Nyvold and Hjalte Emilio Wieth, three young Danish festival-goers who wanted a speaker that they could party with. The trio created a battery-powered speaker large enough to emit extreme levels of volume, yet still portable enough to allow them to throw the perfect party anywhere - from the fields of Roskilde Festival to the swirling dust of Burning Man. With a firm idea of what makes a great endurance speaker, the team has designed SOUNDBOKS to deliver the kind of volume which can drown out the rest of the music festival, endure mud, rain and be thrown around while lasting longer than any reveler can.
The new SOUNDBOKS speaker launched on Kickstarter in March 2016. Engineered with cutting-edge technology, SOUNDBOKS can be played for 60 hours (2.5 full days of high-quality outdoor tuned sound ) at 113dB on just one charge of its rechargeable battery packs. It's also portable and is capable of reaching volumes up to 119dB. It is packaged in a tough, weather-resistant case that can withstand rain, sand or snow and whatever else the party may throw at it.
SOUNDBOKS is headquartered in Copenhagen with an office in San Francisco. For more information visit https://soundboks.com/kickstarter
