NVDES Announce Vol. 2 EP Out 12/8 + Share New Single 'D.Y.T (Do Your Thing)'

On the heels of their La NVDITÉ, Vol. 1 EP released earlier this year, LA-based creative collective NVDES announce the next sequence of their evolution. The Vol. 2 EP is a six-track collection slated for release on December 8th and is highlighted by the work of de-facto frontman Josh Ocean. Brimming with his signature energy-packed influence, Vol. 2 is highlighted by pulsing electronics, hard-hitting beats, and ethereal vocals.

Today, NVDES share first single "D.Y.T (Do Your Thing)" feat. REMMI, available now on all digital platforms and featured in this week's New Music Friday playlist on Spotify. About the track, Ocean comments, "I overheard Remmi say it in passing while we were getting ready to jam and instantly had the vision for the track. D.Y.T (Do Your Thing) is the phrase that I think best represents the NVDES ethos. Be yourself, be NVDE, and do your thing."

Following the release of the glitchy 2016 debut EP Life With Lobsters, NVDES garnered over 10 million streams across platforms, charted on Spotify's Global Viral Chart, and received acclaim from the likes of FADER and NYLON. Their music can be heard in shows and commercials for Victoria's Secret, T-Mobile, CW's Dynasty, and many more.

Next week, NVDES will kick off the co-headline Better Places Tour with Pierce Fulton, hitting a cities such as Boston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. See below for a full date listing + be sure to catch their kaleidoscopic live show in a city near you!
