Grammy and Latin Grammy nominees, funky, pan-Latin band, Locos Por Juana celebrates today's release of "Mueve, Mueve," the first single off their sixth studio album, Caribe, with a live TV performance on Univision's top-rated morning show, Despierta America.

"Mueve, Mueve" composed by vocalist, Itawe Correa, guitarist, Mark Kondrat, and percussionist Javier Delgado, had its exclusive single debut last night at a maximum capacity Jack Daniel's private party commemorating the release of a new explosive track from "one of Miami's longest-standing bands" as dubbed by Miami New Times.

The evening was the launch pad for the next expansive phase of an already successful career marked by scores of awards, recognitions, and accolades and a strong record of live performances. The new record coming to global digital platforms today after a three-year recording hiatus, showcases a unique hybrid fusion of Latin, Caribbean, and American rhythms meshed with the beloved sounds of Locos Por Juana's heritage and upbringing and their distinctive Miami sound.

Locos Por Juana, considered Best Latin Band in the U.S. by BBC News Europe in 2004 and voted Best Latin Band by Miami New Times from 2004-2006, made its commercial debut in 2002 with a self-titled album that earned the band a nomination for Best Urban Artist at the 2003 Premios Lo Nuestro. Their sophomore album, Musica Pa'l Pueblo (2005), was nominated for Best Latin Rock Album at the 2005 Latin GRAMMY Awards. Their follow-up album, La Verdad (2008) was nominated for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album at the 2009 GRAMMY Awards.

Locos Por Juana, most notably recognized for their energetic live performances, consists of vocalist Itawe Correa, guitarist Mark Kondrat, and drummer Javier Delgado.
