Kanye West to Release New Album This June?
Earlier this morning, Kanye West tweeted out to his almost nine and a half million followers the date June 18th. Could this be a release date for his highly anticipated follow up to 2010's "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy?" Originally, Elliot Wilson tweeted out that this date was confirmed by Chris Atlas of Def Jam Recordings. However, this was later retracted and has yet to be officially confirmed.
Kanye has long be mysterious regarding the recording of his music and this album is no different. Rumored to be titled "I Am God" West has spent the past few months in a Paris recording studio laying down tracks. He is working with many different producers which includes long time partner No I.D. S1, the Heatmakerz and Skrillex. It is one of the most highly anticipated releases of the year and looks to top anything Kanye has put out before.
Kanye West is a Chicago MC who is as famous for his public persona in addition to his music. He is most famous for his singles "Jesus Walks", "Gold Digger" and "Stronger" among many others.
