Jukebox the Ghost Announces US Tour; Announces New Album 'Off To The Races'

After announcing the release of their new studio album Off To The Races last week, Jukebox the Ghost - Ben Thornewill (piano, vocals), Jesse Kristin (percussion, vocals), and Tommy Siegel (guitar, bass, vocals) - are thrilled to add to the excitement with a full US tour to support the release, on sale today! Kicking off in Philadelphia on April 10th, the tour will visit all corners of the country before wrapping up with an appearance at this year's BottleRock in May. The cross-country trek will be the first in support of their forthcoming LP Off To The Races, set to be released on March 30th, 2018 via the band and their new partnership withCaroline. Off To The Races is their fifth studio outing, mostly recorded at Studio G in Brooklyn and engineered, produced and mixed by Chris Cubeta and Gary Atturio (two exceptions: "Everybody's Lonely" was produced by CJ Baran and Peter Thomas and "Fred Astaire" was produced by Chris Wallace). First single "Everybody's Lonely," which Consequence of Sound called "instantly among the group's finest" and Baeble added that it's "a dramatic and dynamic arrangement that's sure to live on for quite some time," is heading to AAA and Alternative Radio this week, with early spins from SiriusXM's Alt Nation, Radio 104.5(Philadelphia), ALT 105.7 (Altlanta), and more! Inspired by a conversation with Thornewill's grandmother, the song juxtaposes lyrics which thumb their nose at modern radio and boisterous pop hooks.
