Get out of the cold and into Raue Center For The Arts! The theatre is proud to announce their holiday that features a little something for everyone. Join the theatre for annual holiday traditions like Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra (December 12) and Voices In Harmony's Sing- Along Messiah (December 14). Let Sugar Plum Fairies entrance you as for a few hours during The Nutcracker Ballet (December 20 and 21) or laugh your way into the 2015 with comedians Steve Cochran, Pat Tomasulo, Ana Belaval and John DaCosse with the New Year's Eve Comedy Show (December 31). Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra: Holiday Pops Concert | December 12 at 8:00 pm

A Raue Center holiday tradition! Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra provides quality orchestral music through festive combinations of contemporary and classic holiday music! This show is a great event for the entire family. Tickets start at $52. Exclusively sponsored by Home State Bank.

Voices In Harmony: Sing-Along Messiah | December 14 at 4:00 pm

The community and the Voices In Harmony choir join their voices in harmony with Handel's great masterwork. It is presented with a 25-piece orchestra, excellent soloists and projections of beautiful calligraphy by Timothy Botts. The McHenry County College Chorus will supplement the on-stage choir. Truly a community performance, this is one of our area's most meaningful holiday traditions. Soloists for this year's concert will be: Kirsten Leslie - Soprano, A.J. Webster - Mezzosoprano, Magnus Hillbo - Tenor and Rick Ziebarthp - Bass-baritone. Tickets to this all-ages show start at $15.

The Nutcracker Ballet | December 20 at 3:00 pm & 7:00 pm, December 21 at 3:00 pm

Tchaikovsky's unforgettable music, emotional dancing and lavish costumes... Experience the magic of dancing sugar-plums all weekend long! Join Clara on her daring adventure with the Nutcracker Prince through The Land of Snow and The Land of Sweets. March along with the toy soldiers, bravely battle the Mouse King and embrace the beauty of the dancing snowflakes. Raue Center is proud to partner with Berkshire Ballet Theatre once again. Steve Cochran's New Year's Eve Comedy Show | December 31 at 7:00 pm

Wouldn't it be great if there were a NYE show you could see and still make it home in time to fall asleep by 11... just like every year? Good news: there is! 560 AM WIND's Steve Cochran, WGNTV's Pat Tomasulo, Ana Belaval and John DaCosse will be very funny (and done by 10pm). Yes, the best in stand up comedy on stage means you will have a great time saying goodbye to 2012 at Raue Center. Tickets are $52. Sponsored by RFP Photography and Northwest Herald.
