Christina Aguilera Cancels 2010 US Tour

According to Dealine.com Christina Aguilera has cancelled her 2010 US tour. Tickets were scheduled to go on sale for the tour this upcoming weekend and launch on July 15 in Connecticut. Leona Lewis was to be Aquilera's opening act.

Aguilera sites "[needing] more time to rehearse" as the reason behind the cancelation. Aguilera has faced a backlash with the release of her newest single 'Not Myself Tonight,' fans and critics alike are concerned Aguilera's next look resembles Lady Gaga.

Aguilera recently posted on her website to clear but the rumors that she and Lady Gaga were budding rivals. "It is very easy for comments to be taken out of context and create unnecessary drama - especially between us women. So I would like to tell you all directly so my words cannot be misconstrued to sell someone else's story: I have absolutely nothing against Lady Gaga or any other female artist in this business."

Aguilera's fourth album 'Bionic' is still set for its June 8 release.

Leona Lewis was also set to release a new album while on the tour with Aguilera.
