Co-executive chefs Thomas Rice and Kurt Guzowski of the recently shuttered TÊTE Charcuterie will do a "Late Night Ramen" pop-up event on Saturday, March 26 at Trinity Bar (2721 North Halsted Street).
Trinity partner and chef Mike Sheerin will do his own "Late Night Ramen" pop-ups the following three consecutive Saturdays at Trinity as well. Moving forward the "Late Night Ramen" series at Trinity (formerly "Midnight Ramen") will feature guest chef friends of Sheerin once a month on Saturdays, and Sheerin will make his own ramen the other Saturdays that month. Trinity Bar - a warm and inviting neighborhood spot for food and drink in the heart of Lincoln Park - has been completely been remodeled and revamped while still invoking Irish hospitality and charm. Lifelong Chicagoan and local businessman Ryan Holden recently purchased Trinity Bar - and along with childhood friend Sheerin as a partner -have also completely overhauled the food and beverage menus. Tickets to receive one bowl of Rice and Guzowski's "Pot Roast Ramen" (smoked beef broth, roasted spring vegetables, housemade ramen noodles, soft-cooked egg) will go on sale for $15 each at 10pm on March 26 at the bar at Trinity. Only 50 bowls of this ramen will be available. Guests can purchase up to two tickets per person - first come, first served. All tickets must be purchased in person (orders via phone or email will not be accepted). The ramen will be served to ticketed guests at 10:30pm at Trinity.Videos
