Over that past 5 years, Baking for Good, an online bakery based in New York, has donated nearly $50,000 to over 250 nonprofits, and it's all thanks to the generosity of our amazing customers. December is our biggest donation month, and this holiday season we will be donating over $2,800 to over 15 non-profits.

To take part, here's how it works: at checkout choose from multiple causes to donate to such as Arts, Veterans, and Human Rights. 15% of the net proceeds accumulate in each donation category. At the end of each month the chosen charities are paid the amounts pooled in their category. It's as simple as that!

Some organizations that will be awarded from our holiday season sales are American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Research Hospital, and She's the First, all nominated by our customers. December's highest earning causes were Hunger, Animals, and Children.

Baking for Good's treats are baked in a commercial kitchen in Long Island City, right across the water from Manhattan. Handmade, gourmet cookies, bars, and iced sugar cookies are baked to order and crafted in small batches. Holiday top sellers were gingersnaps, peppermint brownies, and Snapshot cookies. Continue to give the gift that keeps givinga little sugar goes a long way.
