Italian Sub Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
teaspoon salt
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard
one 12-ounce package Prosciutto Tortelloni, cooked according to package directions, drained and cooled
1/2 cup slicEd Pitted green olives, or a combination of green and black
cup sliced peppadew peppers
pound salami, thinly sliced
pound provolone cheese, cubed
3 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
cup finely chopped parsley

Make the dressing:
In a large bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the pasta, olives, peppers, salami, cheese, pepperoncini, and parsley and toss to combine.

Summery Greek Yogurt-Pesto Dip
1 1/3 cups Greek Yogurt
2/3 cup Rana pesto
teaspoon salt
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Whisk the yogurt and pesto in a bowl and chill. Serve with crudits, chips, or pita triangles.
