Fuzzy's Taco Shop Adds Roasted Corn to Fall Menu

Sweet mother of cob. Fuzzy's Taco Shop, the Baja-style taco joint founded near the TCU college campus in 2003, is calling all "Cornivores" as it introduces a fall fave to the menu - roasted corn.

It's "Cornutopia" at Fuzzy's Taco Shop from October 8 - November 18, featuring three new menu items with roasted golden corn. Try 'em all for shucks and giggles but remember, they're only around for a limited time.

The a-maize-ing fall menu includes the new "Shuck It Brisket Taco," with shredded brisket, roasted corn, poblano peppers, cilantro and drizzled with roasted poblano crema on a corn tortilla. Also appearing is the "Corn to be Wild Quesadilla," featuring shredded chicken, roasted golden corn, poblano peppers and shredded cheese with roasted poblano ranch on the side. Guests can also order "Street Cred Corn," a hearty bowl of roasted golden corn kernels topped with Parmesan cheese, Fuzzy Dust and roasted poblano crema.
