Founder Of Official National Rose Day, Bodvar Hafstrom To Toast The Rose Lifestyle On June 9 In Marina Del Rey

On Saturday, June 9, Bodvár - House of Rosés will celebrate with rosé lovers around globe when it holds its exclusive annual afternoon soirée to celebrate Official National Rosé Day in the beautiful waterfront setting of the luxury, boutique Marina del Rey Hotel.

Fêted each year on the second Saturday in June, Official National Rosé Day was founded in 2015 by Bodvár Hafström, who literally created the global "rosé movement" that today has become a worldwide phenomenon.

Recently during the 71st Cannes Film Festival, Bodvár - House of Rosés held a special kick-off reception for the annual day at the Members' Club at Le Grand 45, in honor of the Provence-made, award-winning wine. Bodvár rosés have been enjoyed on the Croisette for many years, featured during the festival at gala events, gifting lounges and Le Petit Paris.

Bodvár - House of Rosés will be represented at several celebrations around the globe when cities Stockholm, Berlin, Rotterdam, Sydney and Sardinia will join Bodvár in the traditional rosé toast.

Hollywood's favorite rosé, Bodvár Rosé was the exclusive rosé wine served backstage to nominees and presenters at the 90th Academy Awards, as well as to guests at Cinemoi's annual Oscar viewing party, the VIP lounge of the Miss & Mr. India America pageant and the star-studded Race to Erase MS Gala in Beverly Hills.

This month, Decanter Magazine's World Wine Awards presented Bodvár No. 5 with the esteemed Gold Prize and in April, Bodvár No. 1 received the Silver Prize at THE Rose Competition 2018, part of the American Fine Wine Competition.
