Unsolicited Press Announces Release of Bad Rabbi by Steve Levine Today, Unsolicited Press announced immediate availability of Bad Rabbi by Steve Levine, a true-to-life story about Rabbi Louis Abrams, a flirt, a cheat, a hedonist, but also a well-regarded clergyman. In the midst of Abrams' affair with a young Public Radio journalist, his wife threatens divorce but he can't handle the thought of the community discovering his misdeeds so he hires a man he barely knows to kill his wife for him. Inspired by the story of Rabbi Fred Neulander of Cherry Hill N.J., Levine crafts a chilly and, at times, hilarious story.

Inspiration Behind the Story
"When I began writing it I'd been a journalist for about a dozen years and was looking for a project that would be more lasting than yesterday's newspaper. The irony is that yesterday's newspaper held the story I was looking for, one with all the elements of good fiction – a strong, highly flawed character caught up in great conflict," Levine said.

Bad Rabbi by Steve Levine is a trade paperback (448 pages) available wherever books are sold and on Unsolicited Press's website.

Founded in 2012, Unsolicited Press is a small press dedicated to authors and the production of high-quality literature. The company publishes fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction.
