Author Tony Fielek acknowledges that the pressure to succeed overwhelms most professionals but he hopes to readjust mindsets to instead focus on honing interpersonal skills as a development took to further professionals in their career paths. He reveals "The Success Process Handbook" (published by Xlibris), providing simple steps for professionals to dig out creative ruts and become experts at the power of persuasion, control and influence.

This book uses tested motivational and persuasive methods including a detailed program that will show readers how they can influence the key people who are important to their success in their social life, career and personal relationships. Through a step by step method that uses time-tested psychological techniques developed by sales and business people, this book helps them build their plan to get where they want to go in life.

With the constant pressure to succeed, Fielek wants to help people learn to be self-starters and gain interpersonal skills that help secure jobs and achieve happiness and success. He believes successful people take advantage of every opportunity and make the best out of every situation.

"'The Success Process Handbook' provides a flexible process that will help readers achieve the things they desire in life," Fielek said. "Regardless of age, what they need is a desire to change, perseverance and some kind of a personal plan."
