NORTH CHELMSFORD, Mass. - Author Sandra Diaz, Ph.D. went through four vivid lucid dreams where she came face-to-face with Christ and God who filled her with the energy of pure love. In "Second Coming" (published by Xlibris), she helps readers understand how Christ heals and how miracles work.

This book is the result of a therapist's spiritual journey. This led to a search for the meaning behind the dreams. She learned that love is the most powerful force in the universe and is in fact what humans are made of. By being the love humans are, she discovered that they put the heart in its rightful place of master and the mind, servant. In so doing, they live from the higher levels of consciousness, where they are able to manifest their heart's deepest desires. Christ taught that manifestation requires that humans charge their positive thoughts with love. She learned that by being loved and living from the heart and the highest levels of consciousness, people essentially create heaven on earth.

"The energy of pure love is the most powerful force in the universe and that we are made of this," Diaz says. "Pure Love exists at the highest level of consciousness. Consciousness has been shown to affect the physical level of reality. When we live beyond the level of mind/ego, and we put love behind our thoughts, we are able to create and manifest what our hearts desire."

Enlightening and insightful, "Second Coming" lets readers realize that they have the power to change their reality, decrease their negative circumstances and increase their positive experiences.
