About the author
Evelyn Saah-Giegbefumwen was born in Cameroon and came to the United States as a teenager before obtaining US citizenship. She is married and a mother of three children. She worked as an intake counselor in New Jersey, helping mothers complete their application for food stamps. She is currently a member of The Redeemed Christian Church of God Strong Tower Sanctuary in Pennsylvania, where she is also a minister and a Sunday school teacher.
