Those eligible are teens aged 12-18 who live in the St. Louis County Library District and have demonstrated outstanding service to the library. The application deadline is Wednesday, July 31, 2013.

The winner will receive $1,000 and an invitation to attend the Library Foundation's Starcatchers Gala on Saturday, September 21, where he/she will be presented with the award.
