Childhood obesity is considered to be one of the most prevalent health problems plaguing kids nowadays. This is largely due to the fact kids spend so many inactive hours watching television, playing on computers or video games rather than getting up or going outside and participating in sports and activities. In Sally Dance! author Jody Mackey shows kids how fun and rewarding it can be to stay active.
