The Journey of a Nurse: From Dreams to Degrees is a book about Terrelonge’s life as a Registered Nurse and some of the obstacles she had to overcome within her life and career .Her quest for educational opportunities took her to places she might have never experienced, and now readers can go with her on her journey.
As people struggle to make decisions in life, they may get discouraged when things do not go as planned. This book will give hope and serves as “a source of encouragement. Anyone can be successful if they persevere and work hard,” said Terrelonge.
Paulette E. Terrelonge was born in Jamaica where she was trained as a Registered Nurse and Midwife. She migrated to the United States where she pursued three degrees, including a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice. The Journey of a Nurse: From Dreams to Degrees is her first book.
