Poet Henry Wells Sullivan Releases New Book

In this collection of original poems, Henry Wells Sullivan explores the problem of environmental destruction while celebrating the life and advocacy of his late wife, Gillian, who was an environmentalist.
In "Death Threats From British Petroleum," Sullivan satirizes the oil industry, the mining industry, Wall Street banking and at public indifference toward its own predatory exploitation. But the poems end in a triumphant mood of eternal love, and an affectionate, sometimes whimsical celebration of his beloved wife's memory, her circle of friends, and close family and loved ones.
