Nickerson Tapped as Narrator for 'The First Ride: the Real Story of Santa Claus'

David A. Nickerson, an award-winning former Rhode Island radio news director, and PBS broadcaster has been selected to narrate the audiobook version of "The First Ride: The Real Story of Santa Claus." Nickerson, who has been relating stories to audiences for nearly 50 years has recently begun to rack up storyteller credits. In addition to "The First Ride: The Real Story of Santa Claus," this veteran voice master has worked on Roben Jones' 30+ hour "Memphis Boys; The Story of American Studios," and the Steve Steinberg-penned baseball biography "Urban Shocker: Silent Hero of Baseball's Golden Age" among others.
