New book Illuminates 'Sikhism and Spirituality'
Bhamra observed that more and more people are becoming stressed, anxious and worried. With "Sikhism and Spirituality" he hopes that people will be able to find happiness, peace and contentment in the midst of today's hustle and bustle. Drawing inspiration from spiritual texts of 18th century India, he helps readers rediscover their true selves.
"I want readers to know that their real self is the mind, a God's child in this body and it needs spiritual food in the same way the physical body needs physical food," Bhamra says. "This spiritual food can be provided by truthful living and meditation on God's name. So they must satisfy the hunger for mind and body."
Timely, practical and filled with practical wisdom, "Sikhism and Spirituality" is for anyone who wants to grow spiritually and become the person that they are destined to be.
