New Memoir Shares a Message of the Power Each Person Holds Over Their... A memoir, a spiritual book and a self-help book all in one, “Out of My Minds: Conversations with My Higher Self” (published by Balboa Press AU) offers Maxima Miller’s conversations with her higher self about her past and spiritual experiences. The book is available for purchase at: https://www.amazon.com/Out-My-Minds-Conversations-Higher-ebook/dp/B07KWTD2VB.

While having a conversation with her higher self, Miller talks about all aspects of her life, challenges and extraordinary experiences. Along the way, Miller provides the reader with the life lessons she’s learned. After each chapter Miller includes reflections, which are short instructions designed to help the reader to live a more fulfilling life themselves. Overall Miller teaches that the power of living a great life is in every one’s own hands.

Speaking directly to readers, Miller says “There is always hope. You have the power to create a better life for yourself. You have the right to be happy.”

An excerpt from “Out of My Minds”:
But here too, there’s something that you need to learn.
Something that’s really hard for you. Something that’s very understandable, though, considering your experiences in life. One of the things you need to learn is to ask for help!
